E-strata Hub is an easy on-line service that is used by Real Estate Agents, Lawyers, Notaries and Home Owners. This service provides an efficient method of obtaining and delivering documents electronically saving time and money – no photocopies or couriers. Requests for Forms and strata documents are completed through E-strata Hub.
Most requested forms are:
Form K: Notice of Tenants Responsibilities – The Form K is mandatory for an Owner that is wanting to rent their unit within a strata Corporation. This form must be provided to the Strata Corporation within two (2) weeks of renting. This form must be update when the tenancy changes.
Pre-Authorized Payment – These form are used should anyone wish to have their strata fees deducted automatically each month.
